Service Description

The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning Skills Check-Off is the in-person, hands-on portion of the blended certification course. After completing the online learning module at your own pace, participants must attend this instructor-led skills session to demonstrate proficiency in critical life-saving techniques. During the check-off, participants will be evaluated on their ability to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, perform CPR and use an AED for adults, children, and infants, as well as apply first aid skills for injuries such as bleeding, burns, and sudden illnesses. This session ensures participants have the competence and confidence to act in real-life emergency situations. Upon successful demonstration of all required skills and completion of the online course, participants will receive a nationally recognized Red Cross certification valid for two years.
